You’re officially enrolled in the OWN IT Physician Program.
I’m excited to welcome you to Cohort 2, beginning January 2027.
Over the next six months, we’ll work through the decisions involved in launching, redesigning, diversifying, or growing a physician-owned business.
This dashboard will be your home base throughout the program.
What to expect
Your Six-Month Curriculum
Each month, you’ll receive access to that month’s session materials, including preparation worksheets and implementation assignments.
Live Monthly Sessions
You’ll receive your session schedule, joining links, and reminders by email. Recordings will be available in your dashboard after each session.
Templates & Resource Library
You’ll have access to a growing collection of business planning tools, fee schedule frameworks, EMR comparisons, hiring resources, marketing templates, recommended books, podcasts, and other resources.
Private Implementation Checkpoints
Your enrollment includes two private 45-minute Implementation Checkpoints. Booking instructions will be provided during the program.
What should you do now?
You don’t need to start building anything before January.
For now, think about three questions:
- What do I want to build, change, or grow?
- What is the biggest obstacle between where I am and where I want to be?
- What would make the next six months a meaningful success for me?
Keep those answers somewhere accessible. We’ll return to them when we begin.
